The Vision Trimax 30 KB is the ultimate all-round alloy rim brake wheelset for riders who want reliability, versatility and performance in every condition. With a 30mm deep alloy rim, wider 19mm internal width and tubeless-ready clincher design, it delivers a smooth, comfortable ride with excellent handling on climbs, descents and long endurance days.
Engineered with interspoke milling (R06) to reduce weight and improve acceleration, the Trimax 30 KB combines efficiency with durability. Its standout feature is the Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO) ceramic-oxide rim treatment — Vision's first wheelset to use this technology — offering dramatically improved wet-weather braking, exceptional wear resistance and a clean, streak-free finish even after thousands of kilometres.
Lightweight Alloy Construction
A 30mm deep alloy rim with interspoke milling (R06) reduces rotational mass for quicker acceleration and easier climbing — making the Trimax 30 KB an ideal training and racing wheelset for riders who demand durability without sacrificing performance.
PEO Ceramic Brake Surface
The plasma-applied ceramic oxide layer (by Keronite®) dramatically improves wet-weather braking performance and resists wear, keeping rims clean and streak-free over long-term use. This is Vision's most advanced alloy brake surface technology, giving rim-brake riders genuine confidence in all conditions.
Smooth, Efficient P.R.A. Hubs
The fully adjustable P.R.A. hub system features six sealed cartridge bearings (2 front, 4 rear) and a 17mm axle diameter for stiffness and durability. Direct-pull aero bladed spokes reduce drag and improve stiffness, while the 2:1 lacing pattern ensures balanced tension and efficient power transfer.
