Long-sleeve Merino Base Layer - Winter
A simple and extremely versatile knit in Carbon Merino Wool®, ideal for use as a base layer or intermediate layer. The weight of the fabric, 164g/m2, makes this product particularly suitable for use at low temperatures.
FABRIC
The TS2 Merino is a specific winter line with wool thermo regulation properties, which are superior to any other natural fibre and therefore act as an excellent barrier to the cold.
We wanted the comfort of the product when worn to be the same as that of the other products making up the SIXS collection. For this reason we decided to apply polypropylene internally in direct contact with the skin while keeping the merino wool (known to be a bit rougher and bristlier than other yarns) externally.
Wool has great heat regulation properties that are superior to any other natural fibre, and it acts as a barrier against cold. Polypropylene, on the other hand, is a hydrophobic yarn, meaning it does not absorb liquids and optimally manages perspiration.
Finally, the carbon helps regulate heat, improves body microcirculation, and is bactericidal (fights bad odours) and antistatic.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 38°
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron, avoid tearing or forcing the fabric - especially when the product is wet.
